  • I had a $25.00 gift cert from Lora Moon and when I went to use it for some shampoo, which cost $28.00!!!! Lora said the gift cert was only to be used for styling, even though there was nothing on the gift cert that stated that. She was quite curt and rude about the whole thing. Her services for a shampoo and blow dry start at $42.00!!! She is a rip off who now has my $25.00 which I cannot use as I please. It's like purchasing a gift cert from Macys and then saying you can only use it for women's shoes. Gift certificates just don't work that way. I plan on spreading the word on her to everyone as well as on facebook and every other media I can. She was not at all nice to me regarding this issue.
