  • Excellent customer service. Purchased a bed frame a few weeks ago. When we finally opened the box, one piece was broken. Called store and we really need to complete the assembly of our bed with headboard and frame that very same day. They understood the urgency, and tried to find a replacement part or full frame in their own store, but when it was out of stock, they found it in another store. No hassle, no questions asked. They were sweet and extremely helpful and apologetic through the whole process and resolved the issue as quickly as possible. Mistakes happen, broken items happen. It's how a store handles fixing the problems that makes them truly great, and this store scored high in my book.
