  • My husband and I met with sales rep Don Williams (702) 302-2637 and let me tell you, he is a super star. He knows this product and is so passionate about it! Converting our home to using clean energy (and save tons of money while doing it) was a no-brainer. But he didn't stop there, where a typical sales guy would. Throughout the process of leading up to, during and after the installation of the panels, he stayed in contact with me. We were originally scheduled to be installed 4 months after we signed up but he kept in contact with the installation department to get us moved up by 3 months. I had many questions along the way such as dealing with our HOA and NV Energy. He always responded right away and has been nothing less than amazing (we even got a Christmas card from him!) Regarding the company itself, it is obvious they know what they're doing (with the amount of customers they have across the nation, they must be doing something right). The company is very organized and every person I've spoken to has been courteous and professional. I've received several email updates, and am always kept in the loop. The install went seamless. The crew arrived EXACTLY on time, finished promptly and cleaned up after themselves before they left. We are still waiting on NV Energy to complete the switch but if everything goes as it has, I'm not worried about anything going wrong. Thanks Don and Solar City!
