  • Let me start by saying my massage therapist was great (believe he was Matt) BUT I was given a gift card for $100 with the bonus of 30 extra minutes as a gift. I have been a member of Massage Envy before and given gift cards a few times. I was SHOCKED to find out that my $100 gift card was good for 1 massage only because not enough time had passed since my last gift card was used......so while $100 for 90 minutes sounds great, all I got was ONE visit. I saw other comments that say the massage is not really 60 minutes and I have to agree with that too. While I really enjoy the feeling of a good massage, it all changes when you find out that your gift card is good for 1 visit. At least the last time I got 1 visit and a partial second, which I made up the difference for. No more Massage Envy for me.....it's getting way too expensive!
