I love getting my smoothies from Smoothie King, but I've noticed that the employees at this location are not very friendly. I'm not one to give negative reviews and I hope I won't have to make one again for a long time. I've tried giving them a chance time and time again because I know what it's like to work in customer service, but yesterday I came in around 4pm and saw that all the chairs were up, but the door was unlocked and the sign said Open. I was kind of confused about the chairs and so I asked the cashier up front if they were closing and he just stared at me and said nothing and just stood there. Ok.. so then I expected him to ask me what I'd like but he just continued staring at me without saying anything, so I made my order. After he made my smoothie I thanked him, but he just stared at me again and didn't say anything. Really? I always try to be understanding and I know sometimes it sucks working in customer service, but that sort of attitude is completely unacceptable. I hope this location does something about their employees because I love their smoothies, but their customer service is just outright terrible.
