  • Our condo windows were single pane and allowed dust in during storms. We looked at different Valley window companies but one stood above the others. We have Anderson Windows in our northern Illinois home and love them. We had a consultation and ordered Andersen's in November. Since they are custom made in Minnesota, there is 6 week wait. They scheduled us several weeks ahead so no surprises. Today Pat & Adam arrived early and began our install. They were great and joked with us during the process. They removed and took away the old windows, installed the new ones and totally cleaned up and vacuumed before they left. The Windows look great! Other neighbors are coming by to look and all love them. These new window make the condo much brighter and modern looking. You may pay more for the Andersen Windows, but the quality more than justifies it. Company installers, not private contractors. These guys were superb experienced installers. We're very happy with the entire process, with special shout out to Pat & Adam.
