  • I went to my bosses friend at BMW to see if they had a used car I was interested in. Toyota was one of my choices...these Autonations are all intertwined and we left the BMW store and went to Toyota a block away...,got into a CERTIFIED TOYOTA and proceeded to tell me about all the plus's having a Toyota that is certified....we went to BMW and completed the deal...we even looked up the price of Certified Toyota on KBB and decided it was an ok deal and we completed the paperwork. It was a lie...even though it says certified on my paperwork in the glove box, because salesman took it off the Toyota Lot..and sold it a block away and AutoNation BMW, now it is no longer certified ....to keep it certified I would have had to do the paperwork on the the Toyota Lot...is that insane....DONT TRUST THEM!!! and I am not a kid...they screwed me big time
