  • First time with sprint. What a rollercoaster. Easy sign up and plans are so affordable for the new promotion they're having. Went in to get a line added to my account, horrible service the first time. Blonde lady pretty lazy and rude. Second time coming back. Spoke to the sprint consultant, Louis was very nice. Excellent customer service. Smooth transaction and everything were taken care of. He's a 5 star, the other lady blonde hair negative 5 stars. Not everyone is the same, I can tell half the people inside are working and the other half chatting it up and looking at watches on their computer. Thank you to those who actually work.
