  • I was pleased with the service provided by Pincus and Associates. I received all the money I was able without having to go to court. Everything was done in a timely manner (for these types of things I mean) the associates were friendly and very informative and I have to say patient as well. They took care of everything including the insurance company on both sides as I focused on my recovery. They even answered questions for me that did not have anything to do with my case. They worked around my schedule, sent me my paperwork, so I did not have to drive. My checks were sent to me and they even followed up after it was all over. I received respect and courtesy. The only reason for a four instead of a five is because I never actually met my attorney in person, but I would use this company again in the future if the need arises and I would recommend them to my family and friends based on my experience solely.
