  • My friend has been going here for years and she invited me today. The lady that did her nails didn't listen to her and did her nails like this, even after my friend had repeatedly asked her for shorter nails. Her nails ended up crooked and longer than she what she asked for. If I could, I would give them zero stars because my friend was so upset and she remained calm because she didn't want to cause a scene. They repeatedly treated her unkind because they were being fast when they didn't have anyone waiting. It was my first time going and we had set an appointment up too. When I was getting my toes done, the lady doing them didn't even double coat my nails and when I asked her she got angry. Everyone seemed in a rush to just finish when at the moment they didn't have anyone waiting.
