  • I needed to get my knee checked out and my lady referred me to Dr. Tingey at Desert Orthopedic Center. I reached out to them to setup an appointment and the lady I spoke to was very friendly. She was able to confirm my insurance was accepted and scheduled me in. After it was schedule she explained that I would receive an email which will allow me to create an account in there portal and fill out the necessary paper work before hand. This made it easy when I showed up to my appointment. All I had to do was pretty much sign in and wait. It was also nice that Desert Orthopedic Center has multiple locations around town so you are able to find one close to your area of town. The staff at the SW location was very friendly and attentative. Dr. Tingey was very professional and answered all of my questions concerning my knee. You can defintely tell he's been doing this for a while and he has probably seen the worst of the worst when it comes to knee injuries. I would definitely recommend Dr Tingey to any of my friends or family that have any knee injuries.
