  • I originally gave this place a 4 star. I have been taking my kids here for 3 years. Staff was always friendly and i never had any appt scheduling problems. Dr Herman is a great dr hes very kind and very sociable. My kids have been seeing him since the beginning. And we love him and enjoy his company. This past dentist appt we had the female dentist. I dont even know her name because she didnt even introduce herself. She did not talk. But she informed us our daughter had 4 cavoties!!! 6 months ago she had 0. She brushes 2x a day so we were shocked and in disbelief. All she said was "your daughter has 4 cavities, you want to fix it today?" we said yes we do. They told us to go back to the waiting room. We waited for abojt 30 min? Then my husband told me that he wants to get a second opinion. He didn't believe she had 4 cavities. So we just left the waiting room. They called and we ignored. Took my daughter to get a second opinion. What do you know!!!! She still has no cavities! They would have fixed 4 teeth that don't need fixing. So please take my advice and stay away. They probably are in need of money.
