| - It's very rare that I give a poor review, but the service I've experience at this location has prompted me to do so.
The past few weeks, my car has broken down due to negligence on a company that had done some prior work to it. While they've worked on my vehicle, they've picked up the cost of a rental with this Enterprise location.
Long story short, I was made to feel like I don't matter or that I was even a customer, for that matter. The manager, Ryan, has a lot to learn with regards to how you treat a customer as a manager in true hospitality field. I would prefer not to post my entire exchange with him on here, but just know that he is less than helpful.
Also, the second time I needed a rental, I waited for over three hours for them to pick me up to get to their shop. No exaggeration (look at my photos showing the first time I called to the time the driver picked me up. 12:42pm is when he actually was outside my house, but I blurred his personal cell phone number. You'll see that my first call that morning was 9:23am. And, you'll also see the numerous follow-up calls I had to make - all but one was communication exchanged with Ryan who kept telling me he was short staffed and told me many times I'm out of his range for a pick up (even though they have picked me up before with no problem).
I missed an entire day of work and meetings due to this. On a positive note, there is an older gentleman that's picked me up at this location in the past (I believe his name is John). He is really a great representative for their company. It's unfortunate that he has to work with leadership, such as Ryan, who seem to be on a power trip.
Needless to say, I won't ever come to this location as a paying customer and I'll likely rent from Hertz if I have the option, in the future.
