  • This place used to be the absolute BEST! But something happened recently that caused the entire staff to leave. I dont know what.But I think I will need to be finding a new pharmacy.....again. The pharmacy tech Michael was topshelf. But this new crew is an absolute joke! First off...when I asked about Mike the new guy told me he was on vacation. Then a customer came in who told me he quit. I told her that he was on vacation. Then the guy came clean and said Mike was on perminate vacation. My meds wasnt ready. I called at 11:00am to ask when I could come get them. Was told they would be ready at 1:30. So I waited til 2:45. They wasnt ready. I SAT THERE WAITING FOR AN HOUR!!!!! The lady,who was pregnant btw,had been waiting for 2 HOURS! I havent EVER had to wait before. The lobby was full of people waiting. I hadnt ever even seen another customer there. Because everytime I am in and out just like everyone else. This new guy lied to me twice. And then had an attitude because I told him that I had to be somewhere. This has me VERY upset because its the best pharmacy I have EVER been to! We miss you Michael. I hope you find a better gig wherever you are.
