  • Encountered sales rep asking for gas fireplace burner and he said that he worked their 23 years and they have never carried them. I bought one two years ago there. This was like a trip to the twilight zone. Next associates sent me on wild goose chase Sears outlet and RC Willey. Some of their workers are very sharp but not these three dummies. Had to by a bathtub spout since shower pressure was low. One of their employees went out of his way to find me the correct one. At first he said they were out of them and then he got the ladder and found one that worked perfectly. The self checkout billed my credit card twice so I had to get a refund.
