rev:text	We had such a great experience with Pure Plumbing. We needed a plumber because our 10 yr. old washing machine was majorly leaking water. We tried a few things ourselves but nothing worked. So, we went out and bought a brand new washer. Well, the first time we used it, we had the same problem (water everywhere). At that point, we decided to call a plumber. We asked around and nobody knew of a good plumber. We were really anxious about picking a plumber without a referral because we didn't want to get hustled and ripped off. We'd heard some horror stories. After a lot of research, we decided to go with Pure Plumbing. We called on a Sunday and Michael Day (our technician) showed up in less than an hour. Wow! After trying a couple things that didn't work out he figured out what was wrong and fixed the problem. I was totally freaked out because he had to cut into our wall but he was very conservative, did a great job and cleaned up nicely. He also gave us referrals in case we needed someone to come out and patch it up for us. The things he tried that didn't work out were applied to our bill. The remaining balance was very reasonable and totally worth it! Also, the entire transaction was done electronically. So, there wasn't a bunch of paperwork and things for us to sign. Michael e-mailed us our receipt and we reviewed it with him before he left. Super easy! About a week later we received a HAND WRITTEN thank you card and a Starbucks gift card. How many places do that kind of stuff anymore? Clearly, they appreciate their customers. We would definitely use Pure Plumbing again and will recommend them to all our friends and family from now on.
