  • Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!! Place should be shut down for violating safety code hazards. Brother in law got shocked trying to turn on the lamp. Took the lamp shade off to find what happened and the socket where the light bulb goes was dangling exposing the wires. We went to unplug from the outlet and the prong came right off!!! Notified RUDE trucker lady in lobby and said I'll send a maintenance guy. He never came after waiting for an hour. Also the room smelled like a cigarette smoking bar as well as all the hallways. The signs on the wall for "no smoking" should be changed to "This is a smoking free hotel"......The toilet took 4 flushes to get clear. Very weak flush causing back up. Wall on paint was terribly matched. Look like someone came with a spray paint can and spot treated the wall. Last but not least, BED BUGS!!!! Pull out sofa was not just disgusting just out right horrible!! You could see residue from the bed bugs. The mattress had cigarette burns all the way through and when I sat on one corner, my butt fell right though because the springs were not attached anymore!!! Grrrrr this place makes me sick!! This place needs to be shut down to health codes and especially the fire codes with getting shocked by the lamp......If you read through this review and still decide to book, don't say I didn't warn YOU!!! OH we checked out got our money back after 1.5 hours went to Homewood suites 30 mins away, DAY and Night difference..
