| - Last week I found out that my car troubles were actually due to a Honda recall, and that I could just take it into the dealership and they will replace the defective part for free. As someone who has been raised to avoid going to dealerships because of the high price & overall almost notoriously aggressive dealership staff, I was kind of dreading the process.
After getting informed of the recall in the morning on Thursday, I called the dealership on Thursday afternoon, the employee, I forget her name, sorry! Well she was very professional and I gave her my info, the nature of the problem, and the info about the recall. It only took a few minutes, and she was able to book my service appointment for Friday morning- the next day! It was awesome. Took it there, dropped off my keys, they told me it would take 3-4 hours, and I got a ride home. They called me about two hours after I had dropped my car off, telling me it was done already! Super cool. I called Becky, the Honda Courtesy Service Driver, and she came to pick me up in like 15 mins, and she was super cool too! I went there, they went over some other issues needing to be addressed regarding my car, and Kevin gave me his card for future follow- up. Got my car keys, and drove off! Problem fixed, car is fully functional again & I consider that an overall great experience. I will def recommend this place to other Honda customers!
