  • This is by far the worst JCP I have ever been to. The store is clean and bright but that is where the good ends! The customer service is non-existent! Had an employee at the Jewelry tell my wife that she needed to watch a video on her phone and go ask her manager for help....WOW really!! Then we needed help with men's shoes, they had a pair of brown sketchers I really liked and the employee couldn't find any besides the display and even said that NO other JCP had them or online....well we found them not only online but at another store! Management really needs to retrain their entire staff in this store!
