Made a reservation at the beginning of this month for a room in August. They charged my card approximately $500 as a deposit, which is fine, but I canceled because I found a better room. They said they would issue a refund and I waited 3 weeks before calling about it. They told me they refunded my money and that they won't do anything else for me. It has been nearly 3 weeks since they "refunded" the money, but neither my bank or my account reflect this. Now my bank is investigating them for fraud and they are refusing to respond... So it's safe to say you shouldn't trust them or give them any business. Do what you will with this information, just wanted to issue a warning for future guests.
