  • I am struggling with my stars on this review. We have frequented Moon several times...to the tune of 6k worth of business. Last spring we purchased quite a few trees/shrubs etc and had them planted. Although we have a sprinkler system and were meticulous in our care, about 1/2 of what we bought died. I don't blame Moon...Vegas is the desert and life is harsh. I do think they need to train their help better and not oversell plants that really can't take extreme conditions. So, we went back this spring to replace the 2 larger trees that obviously aren't coming back. We opted for less $ trees.... What annoyed me was after all the $ we spent there the manager wanted to charge to remove the trees. Plus they advertise *free* planting for all boxed trees but charge a " delivery" charge. I feel the customer service is better at Star Nursery. After our most recent experience, I think they will be getting our business next time.
