  • DISPUTE RESOLVED. I would add more stars to the only one I originally gave, but I had to go through a big rigamarole to get the refund I was due. ---------------------------Previous review-------------------------------- STAY AWAY !!! You will regret doing business with this jeweler. I bought an expensive diamond from him and asked him if I could return it, which is the custom with any jeweler around me! He hemmed and hawed, but he told me to trust him. Bad move. When the diamond showed serious (unreported by him) flaws obvious to the naked eye, I told him I needed to return it. Again, no mention of any cost to return the stone. Only AFTER I returned the jewel did he mention that he would take nearly $600 for some kind of fee that he said he'd incur. Whether there is such a fee (doubtful), does not absolve him of his responsibility to inform me of this fee 1. before I make the purchase and 2. before I return the stone. Bottom line: this person is dishonest in the extreme - the LAST person you want to deal with when making a large purchase like a diamond or anything of any value !!!
