If it could be a 0 star it would be. Testing your mother for Mother's Day is something every children should do. Buying her a spa treatment and enjoying her day with her daughters with no means of being bothered, just relaxing. Not in this case. We came in and was greeted okay and just wanted to check in and pay after. I asked if we could pay after and the little girl responded "like I said" and repeated exactly what she said. She had no right to talk to me like that but I tried to blow it off. he then looked at my sister and asked for her ID she is 23 and was asked for her ID. Yes she is smaller and is shorter for a 23 year old and we were glad to do it. We went in to get checked in really excited to get our services and we signed in got our slippers and keys and yet again my sister had to be asked her age. We are thinking okay well third time is the charm. Soon enough after our massages (which were good) a lady barged into the steam room looking in like a spa cop and left then quickly came back with her hands on top of her eyes looking like a sailer and saying someone is complaining about an underaged child being in the spa but she can't really see us and asked us to go to the front. We didn't say anything. We are not about to ruin our day getting out of our relaxation stage to go and show her ID at the front desk. No. She was not professional at all. Then we kept with our day using the spa trying to ignore the ignorant staff. There were only two people there that were very nice and enjoyable. And older lady that was very very sweet and an older gentlemen that was very sweet as well. We did the ritual that was posted on the wall. The steam room. Shower off. Sauna. Shower off. Then the hot tub. After all that we showered got half way ready and was about to leave. We were so appalled that we wanted to go straight to the manger. We got up to the front desk and an old lady pointing at us. The manager looking confused listened to her and came to us. Supposably the mess in the spa was all our fault not the people that worked there that were too lazy to clean. Talking Ali was impossible. He didn't care and was more worried about what other people where thinking then about us and what we are feeling. He was rude, inconsiderate, and not caring. He asked to see my sister ID not believing us and never asked for mine. I firmly asked him if he wanted to see mine because I am actually the younger one. He was surprised but not even caring. They discriminated my sister based on her looks and how she "appears" to look younger. They have no respect at all and they do not communicate within the staff. We wanted to go back because we live 5 minutes away but would rather go to a different spa that doesn't discriminate again how you look and actually cares about your experience there and how you feel. Ali was horrible and should be a manger anywhere. When I ask for the directors number and name you need to write it down not mumble it to me. When I call and ask to have someone else number don't say it so fast I can barely write it down and sound disgusted in me for calling. No one cared. No one was willing to give me a number so I can talk to a higher management. Horrible, snooty, inconsiderate little people that work there (besides those two nice older man and women)
