  • I'd stay away from Jeff's Notary Service, we went to transfer a title/plate from me to my sibling, and he pulled all kinds BS on us. He charged us over 400 for the whole thing and said because PA law says that transferring to a sibling costs extra. He's full of crap we went somewhere else and they did everything for a third of the price. Watch out if you look like someone he feels he can scam he will. We walked in with very little understanding about the whole thing, and he must've felt like we were idiots we called my friend who deals cars place and they gave us a different number so we just walked out.
