  • The worst service I have ever had at a spa. I was asked to arrive for my appointment 15 minutes early. I did this, and it was almost an hour before I was seen. The person was going through "personal issues", which I got to hear all about and had a poor, unprofessional attitude the entire service. To top it off, I got home and realized I was charged for the wrong service (overcharged at that). I wrote a letter to the manager and a month later, never heard anything back.
