Wish I could give them 0. They somehow managed to break the latch on our SUV rear hatch. Learned about it when I arrived home & it wouldn't lock. Tried calling a couple times to speak with a manager. The front desk told me DeShone would be in touch but never called me. So not only did they screw me & likely won't own up to it, now I have to spend my morning at the dealership tomorrow to have it looked at since I can't go to work with a car that doesn't completely lock. Will update this review once I have the damages but want to get the word out so nobody else takes their car here in the meantime.
