  • This is an update to my review from 7-2012. The company Technician, Rose, was doing a routine warranty inspection and discovered a couple of things the installer had done incorrectly. It was quickly "fixed" at no charge. Since we are not sure if the unit was damaged due to the incorrect installation, we called to request a warranty extension. Mike F. investigated our claim and agreed to the extension. This is just one experience that hopefully demonstrates the honesty of the company.
