  • Waited 25 minutes just to get waited on.... and I had to actually get the girls attention...unacceptable! She made our drinks.... obviously she lacks bartending skills!!! Since when do you make a tequila sunrise with tequila and sours???? She didn't even smile! We had to retrieve our own menus from the bar ! Service is extremely slow! Definitely not worth the wait or the price! Sitting here watching people walk out and complaining of the same reasons that I am quoting here!! Such a shame! Wont be back.. ever! Be forewarned!!! Thought it couldn't get any worse... and it does! Food was horrible! Pierogies were fried to a crisp.. no seasonings or butter and was dry! Told her my drink was not made right.. she huffed at me, took my glass and has not returned!! So far 18 people have walked out! She took the drink off the bill but not the food of which I didn't eat and told her the problem with the dish.... I paid it because I now was running late to a concert I was attending because of these rude and inept employees! Another review I read from a customer that was there near the same time we were there said the staff was stoned! If that is true it makes perfect sense from the attitude and poor service we received! Dear Owner of Carve.... replace your staff and start over! You lost a lot of profits this evening!
