  • I've been trying to cancel my order for about 3 weeks now due to a lack of responsiveness and another 12 week delay. They seem intent on not giving me my money back. I've called three times and emailed around 6 times to no avail. They responded once via email to tell they couldn't refund without the original card number but didn't provide any further explanation or a secure means for me to provide the card number. I made a huge mistake ordering from them. Do not do the same. They will take your money and provide you nothing.
