A group of us came a bit late for lunch service on a Sunday, but they were nice enough to seat us anyways. I ordered what I normally order at a Korean restaurant (if they have it), which is the dolsot bibimbap. The hot stone dish was perfect for the chilly day we were having. The free appetizers were good. We also got the crispy onion pancakes, which were yummy. For all the entrees we got, the portions were large enough that three out of four of us got to-go containers. I didn't even touch the miso soup that came with my dish. The bibimbap I had was exactly what I imagined it to be and it was delicious. Afterwards, they treat you to a cup of persimmon tea.
I was a little surprised that the weekday lunch items were like $5 cheaper than the weekend menu. If I had to make a suggestion to the restaurant, I would suggest separating the weekday lunch menu and the weekend menu. Being able to see what I would've paid if I had come for a weekday lunch, makes me feel like I'm paying too much on the weekend. On the plus side, if you pay cash, they take off 10%, so that's nice. (There is an ATM in the restaurant.)
