  • XO used to be one of my favorite spots in Cleveland but I won't be back after how my party of 14 were treated on NYE. I made the appointment weeks in advance and when we arrived on time they told me they cancelled my reservation since I didn't answer my phone the day before. There I was with a party of 14 at 8pm on NYE completely caught off guard. I never saw the missed call and no voicemail was left. I didn't think to follow up with the restaurant since they had emailed me around 10am on the day of the reservation confirming the party and time.
