  • My husband worked with Nick Sullo and had a great experience. We live in North Carolina, but we we're traveling to Ohio for Christmas. We decided to pick up our new car when we went back to Cleveland over the holiday. Nick was able to process all of the paperwork via phone, email and mail prior to our visit at the dealership. My husband doesn't like dealing with salesmen, but Nick was easy to work with and made the process simple and stress-free. When we arrived at the dealership, day prior to Christmas Eve, they had the car in the showroom and covered with a cloth. They took us over to the car and reveled it to us with a giant red bow on the car! I've always wanted that!!!! Everyone in the dealership cheered and congratulated us on our purchase. We felt like rockstars. Nick showed my husband the features of the car and answered all of our questions before we left. He even invited us back for a car wash before we headed back to North Carolina! Very awesome, first-class service. Next time you're looking for a luxury car in Cleveland stop at Airport Infiniti and be sure to ask for Nick. He will treat you well!
