  • Jay was referred to me by a trusted friend/co-worker. I work in the mortgage/real estate industry so I see dozens of inspection reports every month. I have to admit- I was blown away with Jay's professionalism! He took his time, escorted me throughout the home, and educated me regarding any present and future issues. Jay also took the time to explain his findings to the seller. Jay was not only quick to schedule the inspection appointment, I had an extremely detailed 27 page report back within 12 hours! I couldn't be happier with his service! I definitely recommending him to everyone I can!
