  • WATCH YOUR BELONGINGS! BAD EXPERIENCE WITH STAFF WALKING OFF WITH OUR STUFF! We had a bday party for a friend. Staff was great helping us get set up. We gave our friend a golf putter as a gift that he had set by the table. This was a limited edition piece that definitely stood out from what Topgolf has. It suddenly went missing, after looking everywhere we asked to see a manager. When he came over we told him since we were in a corner it wasn't as if someone had walked by and taken it; there had only been staff where it had been placed. The manager became very defensive saying we shouldn't be blaming his staff and he would look at the security camera. A few minutes later a staff member came over with the putter saying it was in Lost and Found. Really? So they took it from us and put it in Lost and Found and didn't make sure it wasn't someone's? Very unlikely story. Also the manager never came back to apologize or anything. On top of it while we were looking for the putter the wait staff cleared our drinks that we weren't finished with so we had to purchase more.
