  • Company is not trust-worthy and doesn't honor their pricing! My husband had purchased a Groupon Coupon for their services. When he called to redeem it the gentleman answering the phone instructed him they were "fully booked", but ONLY after he mentioned the coupon. To test how honest they were, I called a few hours later and tried to book the same service (1 way drive to the airport). The gentleman on the phone confirmed availability and quoted me a price of $55. When I said I was going to be using a coupon he then said he needed to "check availability" (even though he already had done so) and then informed they were fully booked. When I questioned his availability changing AFTER I mentioned the coupon he became defensive and said he always quotes people prices BEFORE checking availaiblity. Warning to future patrons...avoid this company and their unethical business practices.
