Service was cancelled several months ago and a cancellation number was received, yet billing continues to be attempted by this company. Credit card company successfully reversed the unauthorized charges and I just learned they are not authorizing diamond's recent multiple attempts at billing. i called diamond wireless again a few weeks ago after receiving a text that my card has declined charges and the diamond rep taking the call said cancellation is noted the there is no reason my card should be getting billed. How is this happening? Thank God for a decent credit card company that has been able to put a stop to this shady activity.
The people at this store are all about commission and purposely steered me away from the cell phone I wanted by deceiving me with lies. I was stuck with a cell that I didn't like for over two years because I didn't have time to deal with it during the first few weeks.
