  • This review is long overdue. I initially went into The Safe Keeper to look at a safe they were advertising on sale. One of the owners, Lana, came over and began speaking with me and showing me different options, explaining different things about what to look for in a safe. No high pressure sales tactics, no rushing, and no hassle. I greatly appreciated her assistance, and I walked out of the store without buying anything. Granted, this was after nearly three (3) hours of walking around their store and looking at all of their safes, and trying to compare all of them. I took some time and did my research. I went back several times. Each and every single time, someone took the time to answer any questions I had. Everyone was simply wonderful. I put a deposit down on a Champion safe, and left. I did more research. I changed my mind. I made more calls. Finally, after much research and back-and-forth, I changed my order to a custom safe through a company called Vault Pro. Vault Pro had a great deal on their website. I notified Lana of the deal, and she stated she appreciated me calling so that she could help me achieve that deal through her company as opposed to canceling my order through them and going straight through Vault Pro. Vault Pro was nice enough to honor the discount through their company, so win-win for all! I got the safe after about six (6) weeks. I was allowed to inspect on their premises before delivery. They worked with me on scheduling the delivery to accommodate my work schedule. The installers were very nice and courteous. Overall, it was an absolute top notch experience. I could not recommend a company more! Thank you so much to the entire Safe Keeper team. Keep up the great work, and thank you so much for a marvelous experience!
