  • This is not the store that it used to be 5 years ago, as the ownership has changed. We were frequent customers with the old ownership. Today we went in, knowing exactly what we wanted. As we were driving up to the store, a guy was standing on the corner advertising 70% off. We were inquiring about the price of a particular carpet and were told it was $20/square foot. Prior to coming here we went to Alexanian, where it was $9/square foot (which is still negotiable). When we said that price is high and that we have seen much lower, we were told, verbatim "Get out of here and never come back." Absolutely no respect. What is Canada turning into. Disgusting.
