I had a 1:00 appointment. Arrived at 12:45. Was told at 1:45 it would still be a other hour at least until I went back. Im still waiting. The receptionist tried to tell me my appointment was at 1:30 even though I got the call the previous night confirming my 1:00 appointment and was also told I had a 1:00 when I checked in. Lying to me won't solve your delay in treatment. I had to cancel patient visits for the rest of the day while I wait. Poor customer service and lying was unnecessary.
