We bought a mesh shoe holder, got it home and opened the box. It was obviously a return because the plastic wrap was opened, mesh was damaged and a tool was missing. We called the store to inform them of the problem and we would be retiring it to the store. Customer service was really bad. Upon returning the merchandise to the store, we were asked if anything was wrong with the the item.....YES! The Cashier was expressionless and never made an apology.
