  • Maybe the person who answered the phone (in service) was having a bad day, but he was so rude and short with me that I paid to have my car towed elsewhere instead of bringing it to this shop for service. Now that I am reading the reviews, can't say I'm surprised. Glad I went with my instincts. My point? Be nice on the phone, you would have had my business!
