  • Horrible customer service! I went in to give a payment for NV Energy and they gave me such a hard time even though I had all my account information. Apparently, they will take the payment only if you have your paper bill with you. Albersons, don't you understand that some people don't receive paper bills and are signed up for paperless? Geez, I was only giving a payment! Its not like I was trying to take any money from anyone. You all need to work on your customer service. I will never be back to this location!!
