  • Since my initial review, we have been taking two cars here a week. Every week. Today, we just had time to get the Express Wash on one of them. We sat and watched as they took car after car before us. We sat there for 25 minutes and still hadn't moved. We asked the gentleman if we had to wait because we were "Express". He said we did. This is "Express"? We backed up and asked for our money back. The girl was courteous about giving us our money back, but she didn't try to make it right first. Alamo lost our business today.
