  • I am writing not about the goodies the shop produces but the horrific customer service they provide. I ordered cupcakes to be delivered to my friend and ended up needing to cancel my order. After three calls and three emails I was not contacted by the bakeshop. On my fourth call I finally got through to cancel my order. The person on the phone said I would be refunded within two weeks. Two months later I have not received my money back. I have called twice and emailed the shop to get in contact with me and have yet to hear from them. Wishing I never put in that order.
