  • Overall very happy with this dealership. Bought my very first brand new car (a TSX) here back in 2005 from Lou Solomon, and went in for an oil change in July of 2011 only to drive off the lot the next day with a sparkly certified pre-owned '09 TSX--thanks to Plamen. Since then have had great experiences over the years with oil changes, etc. **One and only** complaint: terrible car washes! An oil change at a dealership costs $15-25 more than at a generic shop like Jiffy Lube, or some such other place I'm hesitant to visit. But I am willing to pay extra cuz I figure, I'm getting a free car wash so it's "a wash," no pun intended. But the washes at Acura North Scottsdale have consistently been a disgrace. They pretty much just run it through the automatic contraption, vacuum the inside, and dry off the windows. The dash, cup holders, and inside door handles, etc, are *never* dusted, let alone polished with Armor All or anything, and they don't even bother to empty my little "car trash receptacle." I understand that it's a "free" wash, but truly it isn't, since they're charging close to double what other places charge for an oil change. C'mon, Acura, you're better than this.
