  • This place is just like the post office or DMV. Make sure that you have gone to the bathroom beforehand, you have a snack or two, and you don't have to be anywhere else for at least an hour. I came out to the hub to pick up some packages that had lost their way. The tiny waiting area is a recipe for some rage and anger and it was hotter than the heck in there. The two employees were not of the happy nature. And watching them throw boxes on to the conveyer belt made me cringe. I did get 4 out of 5 boxes that I went there to retrieve. I would not go here unless absolutely necessary.
