  • I would have to say this is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! I had trugreen services in Illinois for a year cancelled because my lawn was worse after a year. Would been happy with some improvement. The second was a couple years ago in Pennsylvania the same. Said would never hire these guys again. Sales guy showed up about four months ago said using scotts material because they bought trugreen and that is what I personally use so I thought I would give them a try. At the beginning of treatment I would say my lawn had about 5% weeds after four treatments it's probably close to 25%. The last treatment the weeds didn't even show any sign of wilting. Frustrated I called to get it redone and the guy told me he can spray again but it may kill the healthy grass so I declined and was going to wait until next treatment scheduled. Called customer support to get a manager to come and take a look at the lawn because I didn't trust the guy who sprays the lawn but the guy who sprayed canceled my account. I would get a bill in my door but the lawn would not get greener and I got more weeds. I did not once see the guy ever spray the lawn, and to tell you the truth I don't think he ever did. NEVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE, and if I could give a negative rating I would!
