  • Purchased certified used car and was told I was financed but in reality I still wasn't even approved. Told me I was getting free oil changes for 2 years then I look at contract and I am being charged. Emailed and called and they started to ignore me and asked for copy of maintenance agreement which no one ever sends me nor responds to my emails. Get service plan in the mail for oil changes and it doesn't start until I have 12,000 some miles on car which won't be for a while. Stay away from this place as they are not truthful and will ignore you once you purchase vehicle.
