  • This company literally STEALS your money. I moved away from any of their gyms over a year and a half ago and was told I could not cancel my membership without writing a letter and mailing it WHICH I DID. They then did not cancel my membership and claimed to have never gotten the letter. When I called to resolve this they told me I needed to do it again!!!! After much frustration I did so. Now you can imagine I would think that would take care of things but no...I have now sent the letter for the THIRD time and just called because I saw they are STILL taking money out of my bank account. On the third attempt they said they have changed billing companies and so have no records from the old one and I will need to send a FOURTH letter. At this point they KNOW I do not attend as I have lived out of state for 21 months, not to mention I have not swiped once into the gym and yet they justify stealing my money by what I can only assume is lying at this point and claiming to not receive the cancellation notice. I am paying now to have it sent certified so there is absolutely no way they can lie but that is costing me even more money. I have already paid them over $350 for services not rendered as they continue to make excuses why they cant cancel my membership. I am expecting a child and every bit of money counts right now and this company is literally continuing to take my money for services not rendered despite me jumping through every hoop they have requested. There is absolutely NO accountability and when I have asked to speak to someone higher up, I have been told that there is nobody and they have no one to receive complaints. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
