  • The care was good and the staff was nice, but I was told the amount I was paying was for the services I was going in for. Next thing I know, 4 months later, I'm getting a notice from Sonora Quest telling me I have payment due. I was never told I was going to be charged extra for lab work. I get that they are not within the same company but people like to know if we are getting charged extra and how much we are being charged for. Communication would have been nice. Money's tight and that's why I'm mad!
